Who is in.PACTA for?

Three groups: learners building a career in commodities, experts who want to monetize and share their intellectual capital, and companies that want to develop and connect talent.

How does the 1:1 mentoring work?

Sessions are structured and booked with senior practitioners of the commodity industry. You choose the topic and the mentor; each session has an agenda, a takeaway and a follow-up path.

Do I need to pay to join the movement?

No. The Global in.PACTA Community is open to anyone. Courses are paid; mentoring hours are typically company-sponsored; the movement itself is not gated.

What is the Founding Circle 2027?

A company membership for the 2027 cycle. Founding Partners fund and support the movement and receive Academy access for all employees, mentoring hours, community presence, event credit and permanent Founding Circle recognition.

Where is in.PACTA active?

in.PACTA is global, with its core network in the agricultural commodity industry across Brazil, the Americas, Europe and Asia.
